Desks and meeting rooms at RHIZOM can be booked immediately and without waiting. Simply create a free user account at https://rhizom.cobot.me.

No. Coworking day passes are available from 4 hours. Meeting rooms can be booked from one hour. There are no minimum contract durations.

Yes. Accounts can be upgraded to team or company accounts, allowing multiple people within an organisation to make bookings.

Yes. Time passes can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the start. Meeting rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. Fees apply after these deadlines.

Yes. Each desk is equipped with a 27-inch monitor. Adapters and printers are available free of charge.

Yes. Calls can be made at your desk using a headset. In addition, phone booths are available.

Yes. The rooms at RHIZOM are air-conditioned and remain comfortably cool even during summer.

Yes. Earlier start times or extended use are possible by arrangement.

Yes. Height-adjustable desks are available at RHIZOM, allowing for ergonomic work both sitting and standing.

The internet connection at RHIZOM is fast and reliable. Over Wi-Fi, average speeds are around 300 Mbit/s download, 80 Mbit/s upload and a ping of approximately 45 ms. The network is redundantly set up with a permanent dual system and automatic failover.

No. All prices are exclusive of VAT (currently 8.1%).

Yes. Payment is conveniently made by credit card via your user account at RHIZOM.

Yes. Time passes are available with a volume discount (pay 9, use 10). Fixed desks receive a 10% discount from the second desk onwards.

Yes. Invoices are automatically generated in digital form and are available for accounting purposes.
Meeting rooms

The rooms are designed for up to 6 and 2 people respectively and are rather compact.

A presentation screen with HDMI, speakers, a whiteboard and a flip chart are available.

Yes, from one hour.

Yes. Day rates apply for longer bookings of meeting rooms. The 6-person meeting room is available at a day rate of CHF 210.– + VAT from 6 hours. The 2-person meeting room or private office is available at a day rate of CHF 100.– + VAT from 5 hours.
