Our base prices are divided into two categories depending on the number of users and are all-inclusive of our services listed below:

Price for 7–12 people per day

Integrated services

Take advantage of our comprehensive services. We will manage preparation and appointment of the rooms, the infrastructure, the coordination and payment for the gallery owner or artist, the removal, cleaning and disposal, insurance, etc.

Our all-inclusive prices comprise the following services:

Dayrental: Usage from 8 AM to 6 PM (time variations are available upon request)

Furnishings: Designer chairs & tables for up to 12 people 

Seminar infrastructure: WIFI, beamer, projection screen, flip chart, presentation material, etc.

Light catering: Lavazza coffee, tea, orange juice, mineral water, croissants, fruit

100% Support: During the entire duration of your event, we are available to you as your hosts. We’re here for you to make your meeting smooth and comfortable. We organize necessary adapters for the beamer, make cappuccinos, welcome delayed team members and organize anything else that might be necessary. Naturally we discreetly withdraw as needed.


Supplementary services

Tailored contributions by the artist or gallery owner, as an additional host

Lunch or dinner in local hip restaurants or catered directly in the studio or gallery

Extended usage and multiple-day events

Transportation of people and materials

Guided tours by our partners from localholic & URBAN ART TOURS

We work in the fields of design and culture together with a network of specialists. We can develop and coordinate a custom event concept for you. Ask us for a tailored offer.


How it works

Date & venue: Tell us your target date and coresponding venue you would like to have your meeting hosted in. We will clarify the availability of your chosen venue and give you feedback accordingly.

Details & offer: Additional details about your individual needs will be clarified and you will receive a personalized offer.

Order placement & event realization: After you’ve placed your order and made a 30% prepayment you can concentrate completely on your project again. We’ll take care of the rest.
